Session Dates and Policies

Class enrollment is on going

Once registered, you are registered for the remainder

of the school year.

September 2025 - June 2026

All students are allowed make up classes IF there is an opening in another class of equal age/level. - Make up classes need to be signed up for in advance through

the Customer Portal

Classes will not be prorated for missed classes.

If you wish to withdraw your child from a class, you must let us know by logging into your Customer Portal and submitting a ‘Request to Drop’ form for your child.

Classes run in 8 week Sessions with Tuition Fees (or Withdrawal requests) due by the sixth week of the current session for each following session.

Session 1 : Sept. 2 - Oct 25

CLOSED Sept 1-2 for Labor Day

Session 2 : Oct. 26 - Dec. 20

CLOSED Oct. 31 forHalloween and CLOSED Nov. 27 - 29 for Thanksgiving

Session 3 : Jan. 4 - Feb 28

Session 4 : Mar 1 - April 25

 CLOSED April 5  for Easter

Session 5 : April 26 - June 20

* Date for year end Spring Show June 7-8

CLOSED May 23-25 for Memorial Day.

All class session fees have been prorated to accommodate the above holiday closings.
